I just wanted to take the time to tell you about our experience with your company and how very pleased we are with it. Our company recently moved into a new office space and we desperately needed an additional DSL jack added. We needed this line not only to send and receive emails, which are an integral part of doing business, but to also network our computers. When I called your office, I was greeted courteously and professionally and after explaining our dire need of your services, was told someone could be out that same day.
Promptly that afternoon, David Hosking arrived to begin the work. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and went right to work doing exactly what we needed. When he was finished installing the new line, rather than just pack up and leave, he stayed with us to make sure we could get our network up and running. The previous day we had paid a “computer expert” to make sure our network would be ready to go the moment the DSL line was up. However when we plugged in, our network was still down. Knowing how important it was to us to have our email connection established, David went above and beyond to get us help and used his expertise to get us up and running. We wished we had called him the day before. Even after leaving, he checked on us just to make sure everything was still working properly. He genuinely cares about his customers and about doing a job well done. I would highly recommend Sparus Corp to anyone and we will definitely be using you in the future.
